By accessing this website or submitting a request to Cyber Secure India (CSI), you agree to use the website lawfully and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or submit information through its forms.

2. Website purpose

This website provides mission information, awareness material, research articles, workshop descriptions, CyberCoffee information and contact routes. Content is provided for education and public awareness. It is not emergency assistance, legal advice, financial advice, law-enforcement support or a substitute for a scoped professional engagement.

3. Program requests

Submitting a form does not guarantee acceptance, scheduling, delivery, partnership, certification, employment, volunteering placement or commercial engagement. Cyber Secure India (CSI) may accept, decline, modify or postpone requests based on relevance, availability, safety, location, scope, ethics and operational capacity.

4. CyberCoffee and workshops

CyberCoffee sessions and workshops are awareness and readiness formats unless a separate written scope states otherwise. Technical testing, audits, penetration testing or security reviews must be authorised in writing by the asset owner and may require separate terms, limitations and approvals.

5. Responsible use of content

Educational content about offensive security, ethical hacking, malware analysis, application security or AI threats is provided to improve defence. You must not use the information to attack, disrupt, defraud, surveil, exploit or harm any person, organisation, public system or digital service.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website text, layouts, graphics, research articles, names and mission material belong to Cyber Secure India (CSI) or are used with appropriate reference. You may link to public pages with attribution. You may not misrepresent Cyber Secure India (CSI), copy content for deceptive use, or use the name in a way that suggests endorsement without permission.

7. User submissions

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you submit. Do not submit confidential credentials, sensitive personal documents, third-party data without permission, illegal material or content that violates another person’s rights.

8. Limitation of liability

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. Cyber Secure India (CSI) does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, specific outcomes from awareness material or complete protection from cyber threats. To the extent permitted by law, Cyber Secure India (CSI) is not liable for losses arising from misuse of the website, reliance on general educational content or unauthorised application of training concepts.

Cyber Secure India (CSI) may update these terms as the mission, website, programs or legal requirements evolve. Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the revised terms.
